Yes sir. I'm sure I still have one somewhere. Charles Elam came up with it. We used it for interpolating lat and long on quad sheets. Charles was a SMART man and one heck of a surveyor.

Charles Elam was one of the smartest surveyors that I ever met. He use to do many interesting seminars within the State. I did not realize that his sun shot program was known nationally.
