It flooded from Hurricane Matthew, my house lucked out that it only got 2 inches deep in the main portion, still caused a ton of damage. The lake was overtopping South Blvd. and made it about 3 feet up the embankment of the Interstate. Between the hurricane and the nor'easter 3 weeks prior, it created a 1000yr runoff event.
