I had the opportunity today to replace/re-hab two monuments for a client. This is a local agency that has a few properties staked and bounded each year and this year we had two corners that were broken.

This one is in the driveway of the "hoarder from he11" The property is registered land, and owned by the town, no adverse claims here!

Check the ties and we're all set...

All done with the first one

The second one had the top broken off and about 8" of wire exposed.....I had set a drill hole when I did the original survey, so I just had to offset it and dig...

Dig the holes, remove the bound, and set a new one...All done!

I think mine were much easier than Jerry Penry's usual re-hab!!!!

Don

Appropriate homage to our great Nebraska buddy. Few get the chance to have the pleasure of doing what he seems to spend all his time doing.

I could dig bounds all day long down the Cape. Beautiful sand.

Central Mass, not so nice.
