Does anyone know what the 140 next to W 1/16 represents? On this same plat another corner is shown as 80 1/16 Sec. Cor. These descriptions are also in the field notes for the survey.

Sorry, no help from here.?ÿ The whole mess is quite confusing to me.?ÿ Having trouble figuring out the Lot numbering system where you can show Lot 6 but also the E/2 of Lot 6.

Don't be, sometimes this stuff is difficult to track down. I'm familiar with it cause I've had some of these elongated sections to deal with. The examples are elongated north-south. They also can be elongated east-west.?ÿ

What happens when they are long both directions I'm not sure how they would be stenciled.
