Alright.?ÿ Who staked this parking lot?
Sometimes proportionate measurement is NOT the best solution!!!
Seems rather strange they are striping a parking lot with irrigation piping? ?????ÿ
I don't see a problem.?ÿ Both cars have their own space.

"They need another dedicated 14 parking spaces and 3 handicap spaces to get approval"
Now all they need to do is hire an outside surveyor to run in new control and tie in every striping end/intersection, then produce a drawing confirming that yes, something is off. Then hire a "planning consultant" to come up with what might need to be done in order to fix things. Then bring in the site designers and the layout folks for a meeting to discuss the possible solutions. A public hearing is probably necessary too. Throw in some safety meetings for good measure.
Then send in one guy with a tape and a can of paint with orders to fix it, and do it fast because "there's nothing left in the budget."
I'm pretty sure someone hired a Fung Shui consultant to design that parking lot.?ÿ I bet if you walk out there it just feels...??????...right.
Many years ago my wife spent some of our family money on that Fung Shui crap and when the woman showed up for a second helping a few weeks later she could not get away fast enough.
To me, it appears to be staked as designed by the Engineer. You will actually see parking lots look like this in NYC for valet parking.?ÿ
My first thought was a staging area like we have at our Ferry Terminals
My data collector said it was correct!

Parking lot at a Salvador Dali exhibit?
