Has anyone completed an ALTA for a parking garage? If so, did you include layouts of each level or only the roof and list available parking spots separately?
Thanks in advance,
I think way back in the past we did one where we located the building and gave a count for the number of parking spaces inside.
More recently, I had a client that was moving towards a lawsuit over the parking spaces built inside a garage, and wanted detailed plans of the layout for each floor. Eventually settled, so it never went to court.
We typically do the overall building and count the spaces and separate them based on type, (motorcycle, etc)

Dito to Squirl & Peter. If they require each individual floor that would need to be negotiated as a Table A item 20.
Concur with all the posters above... Footprint of the building, parking space tabulation
DEA did a ALTA on the Lloyd Center about a million years ago. Seems the spaces were counted on every level. The rules have changed since then. Better read up.
