I looking for some help with Topcon Tools.
If I do a custom install it tries and fails to get the following file.
http://topcon.ws/OffSoftInstall/RegionalWebPack/English.7.3.7zip
and other files if you choose other options, French.7zip, USA_99.7zip, Australian.7zip +++
It also looks for it on the disk so I just need to get a copy of it!
Now I'm not sure that this is the latest transformation OSTN02/OSGM02 that the Ordinance Survey UK are offering.
The magnet tools is a much larger download and looks to include a table projection and a geoids for all areas.
Any ideas where I can get this file?

Well the website came back up yesterday, thanks to whoever fixed it 🙂

The same files are required when installing Topcon Link (v8.2.3_09_Nov_2012)
as installing TToolsWebSetup.8.2.3(9.11.2012).exe

yes, works fine, the website must have been down for a while.
I also discovered it needed this file during an install on Vista.
