This printer was working just fine and has for many years, then all of?ÿ sudden, it will not print in black ink.

I replaced the black ink cartridge and the printhead and still nothing, what is weird, I have a backup 110 plus, hooked it up and it is doing the same thing.?ÿ Tried everything I can think of to no avail even changing the color table on the computer.?ÿ The screen on the printer is not flashing any signs that a cartridge or a printhead is faulty, Any thoughts. Thanks in advance.

Randy

I am convinced the lastest creators update screwed up my Carlson Survey 2018 OEM / Windows 10 /HP7780's ability to print in color, with minimized margins, and who knows what else. My Carlson Survey 2016 OEM still prints just fine from the same 'puter.

I have the same plotter...never had that happen although it does some strange things sometimes...do you have the HP 110 maintenance? I always run this to keep things in check...
