Word is that upgrades to Windows 9, expected out next spring, will be rather inexpensive. Maybe even free for W8 users.

Golly mercy I hope so. Win8 blows in my experienced opinion. What the hell they were thinking to try to put a dam tablet type OS on the desktop is way beyond me.
I tried to keep an open mind but that quickly wore off.... about a year ago.

Give me back XP PRO and someone tell them idiots to quit mucking with the desktop!!
