I have a viso .vsd file that I need in dwg format, anyone has Visio and can do a Save as dwg for me?

I found this statement:
I am currently using AutoCAD 2004, and if you go under the Insert Pull down menu and go to OLE Object... Microsoft Visio is one of the selections that can be pulled into AutoCAD.

Thanks Dave,
but not an option in Acad2012,
I found someone with Visio installed and got the dwg,
the solids didn't make it in the conversion but scale and units are ok
Fixed.
