I deleted a line table and cannot seem to 'get it back'. Whenever I click on the line table command now it appears to be adding lines to the deleted table, but I am never asked where to draw the table again.

After you select the line to annotate try to enter 1 in the command bar when it has in parenthesis the next line number. Then it should ask if you want to start a new line table. Enter "y" for yes and it should ask again where to place the new line table.
