We have a spectra precision Ranger 3 Data Collector. Is there a method that does not require the use of Survey Pro to allow our field crew to have the fld codes that the office uses?
Not certain what you are asking, but I interpret it to be have the same codes in the Ranger that you use in the office.?ÿ That once was as easy as editing a text file.?ÿ I think now you need a utility function in Spectra Precision Survey Office because the code file in current versions of Survey Pro is no longer a text file, at least the extension is different.
How complicated are they??ÿ Can't you print up a list and they can just punch them in as they go??ÿ
I've never used pre-loaded field codes - find it fairly easy to type, EP, EG, WG, etc
