I sent an email to Carlson about a problem I was having trying to do some contouring. I have had Carlson survey for a number of years now, but don't hardly use it, I am pretty much a novice at CAD. Almost immediately I got an email back from Brian to call to discuss. I did, but he was away from his desk. So, by email we setup a time to connect, he remoted in to my computer and showed me exactly what I needed to do. Excellent support. I wish Trimble was like that...

Fresh reboot almost resolves an issue everytime with Carlson
You're in the wrong part of the country.?ÿ I regularly web-conference and log into customer's computers.?ÿ When it's web-conferencing, I usually record the meeting and send the link to them for future reference.
