I am trying to import a text file into Carlson. I don't use Carlson for everything, so I'm far from an expert. Anyway...my text file has relatively high point #'s (75000,75001, etc). I am getting an error, more or less saying my point #'s are too high. There must be a setting somewhere to allow high #'s. Anyone have ideas?

Try setting it to Carlson alphanumeric point numbers. 🙂
Yup, that works usually.
But I don't think that I've seen that message with point numbers < 100000.
So, I don't know why 75000 would be an issue.
I think the suggestion to use Carlson alphanumeric should help. I know C&G had (maybe still does?) an upper limit of 64k±. So, tinker with the file format and see what works best
