When using the 3D Surface Viewer in Carlson Civil/Survey 2015, how do you include points, polylines, text, 3D Faces, Blocks, or Block Models?

Those options are available in the 3D Viewer Window, but not in the Surface 3D Viewer.

3D viewer is where you can pick objects to look at them in 3d, surface viewer is to show the modeled surface tin.
