I'm pretty sure you can do this, but can't find it.
I'd like to scale down about 20 sequential numbering for lots.
I'm trying to rescale them without a base point, so they remain in their position.

Thanks David, but they are not a point attribute, they more in line with a text and a circle.
If I rescale them using regular scale with a base point it will move them together. I'm just trying to avoid moving them back into place.

Try "Properties" select items you want to "scale" change "x", "y", & "z" scale, should do it at the "insertion point. Worth a try.
