I did enjoy going to Las Vegas, even though I don't gamble, but it would have been nice to have it in Nashville. A little bit too far to drive but I would have flown down in a single engine plane. Hopefully in 2021. I had submitted two presentations, hoping to do at least one.

I have been to every Trimble user conference from the beginning, several were held in the Bay area before they moved to LV. Very useful gatherings.?ÿ

@john-hamilton I totally agree I really enjoyed Dimensions last time in Vegas. It was my first one and told myself I wasn't gonna miss another one. All the sessions truly offer a tons of practical information. Plus I got to meet a lot of folks on this forum there.?ÿ

This was going to be my first time attending since I usually attend Autodesk University. Hopefully I can go next year.

That we are not facing sprint, but a marathon with this bug.

@jerry-attrick I just think no one is willing to take the bet to prep and spend all the money until they know how things are gonna pan out. I think (and hope) things will start to return to normal in the next 30 days but probably best to keep crowds small for the next 6 months or so.?ÿ

I did enjoy going to Las Vegas

The one time I attended I ended up in some "Ice Bar" at 3:00 am; wearing a fur coat, hat & gloves; taking shots of some viscous, neon, vodka product; with upper management from their geospatial division.?ÿ ?ÿGood times.?ÿ?ÿ

This could be the new normal. Everyone is going to need a studio in their home with better video and for God's sakes get a decent microphone. School Grandparents meeting on zoom, one of the Grandpas is a musician using a professional microphone, that was way better than the typical cheap built in microphone most of us are using.?ÿ

There may be little or no immunity, there has never been a human coronavirus vaccine because our immune response to them is not long lasting, flu is a different type of virus, if the virus runs out of control it will mutate more than it already has, there is a strain that causes few if any symptoms but it causes blood clots and strokes.

It looks like at least two years to me, maybe more. The only tool to defeat it is keep it from spreading, try to get it to die out but that's going to take a long time.
