Have at least two crews booked for the next 5 years. The other three crews are doing steady work and have projects lined up until next year. So overall, pretty good.

Enough small jobs to keep things going. Still have a few jobs leftover from last Summer that I may finally get around to doing. No leaves, no snakes, no ticks. Significant deterrents on each of those jobs.

Really slow here.

I'm finishing up a strange looking 7~8 acre boundary and then hopefully I'll finish a really ugly, nasty 3 acre thing I started last summer. I have another thing that is stuck at the county planning department, but I'm not sure where that thing is going... either a rezoning or need to get a drainfield perc'ed for a family subdivision that will then be deeded right back... I need to set up a meeting for that one.

After that... I really got nothin'. I usually get a call when it looks the bleakest though... I hope it happens again.

Carl

I'd chime in but I don't want to jinx anybody, including myself. But..... the phone seems to be a bit more active in the past month. I get to actually keep my batteries charged, and if I goof off for a day or so I find myself seemingly falling behind. I may even be up to 30 or 40 hrs per week soon.

So in that regard, I'll keep my fingers crossed.

More importantly, lets deal with fees... once again, and again, and again.

One a week since the beginning of the year. One commercial boundary, a family division, and an easement plat. December was bad, but November was good. Not as busy as I would like, but I will take what I can get.

Ours has been slow but steady. Making everyone a paycheck, but that's it. Began to pick up this week, hope its a trend. But then, I see interest rates drop again. We stayed two weeks behind as long as they were above 5%

Like the tide it comes and goes, not as predictable as the tide, though...
