Just got a new to me truck with a Tonneau cover on it. It is a Ford 150 extended cab truck short bed. Never had a set up like this before just wondering what others have done to make this work. Looking at making my own box and not purchasing. Thanks

I used to work out of a similar setup. I have hundreds of pictures that fellow posters have shared on this board and the old rpls forum.

I will try to remember to move them into dropbox tomorrow, and post a link to them. There are a lot of really good ideas in them.

I have the same setup with the short bed so I made my box out of A.C. sheet metal ducting. Drilled and pop riveted the joints. Just as strong as wood and is very light weight.

Lurkers are holding our (their) breath for this link... Seriously, I might pass out soon.
