We have a couple of controllers that have multiple control and calibration files in them. The data manager will not let me resolve the conflict it just gives me an error message "Could not delete file, check file permissions."

I have scoured the program and the web looking for file permissions and am having no luck. This sound familiar to anybody?

Just a guess,

If an active file is using one of the files you are trying to delete, it won't let you.
Did you get out of the program all the way back to the windows screen before trying?

OR, you might could delete them using file explorer on the data collector.

Yeah we have deleted it in the data collector, but because it is in our sync folder it goes back in every time we sync. Im thinking the file permissions are a windows thing on our servers so we have IT coming out today. Thanks
