Topcon Support Site. You'll have to register but all the TopSURV files are there.
Apparently Topcon is holding all technical support hostage for 2 gold pieces . You can register on the site but they want you to pay 500 bucks a year to get support . I am a bit dismayed at this business model . They have bugs in the software and you have to pay 500 bucks to report it. Plus pay the yearly rent on the software .

I agree-Topcon has taken on the Trimble business model, and if I'm going to be treated like a Trimble customer why stick with Topcon. They've all gotten greedy and hopefully the likes of Javad and CHC will knock them down a few notches.
