Hey y??all,?ÿ
Sometimes lurker, first time poster here.?ÿ
I recently swapped companies and was given a new FC-6000 tablet for work.?ÿ
Finally got a chance to play around with it and the bloody battery died ?? now it won??t charge, even on another 12v charger from Topcon. I just get some red blinking lights.?ÿ
I??ve tried holding the power button, leaving it on charge overnight, pulling the battery, etc. Any idea what I can do to get this sucker running?

The FC5000 and FC6000 are not made by Topcon. It is made by Juniper Systems.
The Mesa runs on Windows10 OS. Most problems are caused by Windows updates. Microsoft may be automatically downloading or installing an update which can cause an unexpected delay while booting Windows 10.
Similar to using Ctrl-Alt-Del on a desktop PC, hold the bottom-left hardware Start (Windows logo) button while then also briefly pressing the bottom-right hardware Power button. A blue screen will appear which provides several options to help diagnose the issue (such as using Task Manager) or to just restart the system.
I run a 5000 Juniper. I do the hard reset once a week on the average. Hold power button until all lights go off. (15 seconds) Then it HAS TO BE PLUGGED IN to turn on again. After pressing the power button once (not holding) there is a brief delay and then the lights start flashing and the screen activates. I use the internal modem a lot for WIfi and it seems to speed up a little after a hard reset. I'm using the WiFi right now.?ÿ
