Hi,
I have an offer for the digital level and need to choose wisely.
For the same price, I have these options:
Option1-
Topcon DL-101c +2invar staff + 2aluminium staff.
?ÿ
Option2-
Sokkia SDL30 +1 fiberglass staff + 1 aluminium staff.
?ÿ
I like both of them, but don't have experience with them, I know that Topcon is older than Sokkia,
But, 2 invar staff is a big temptation.
Can anybody share their experience with this levels.

The Topcon DL-101 and SDL30 are virtually identical. They are just different colors. Topcon and Sokkia are one.?ÿ

There it's the accessories that will make your decision. Some Invar rods can cost more than the level.

@leegreen They are not identical,
Topcon DL101 is an older unit, next model, Topcon DL500 series are the same as Sokkia SDL30(SDL50).

I suggest going with newer model. Difficult to interface with the old models.
I connected an SD-1000 Bluetooth dongle to my DL-500, to connect to my FC600 with magnet wireless.
