Tell him God requested two additional surveys since you gave him your proposal.?ÿ That is if your original proposal is subject to weather conditions and other acts of God.
@bstrand I'd imagine that its the upcoming job list, and he's angry that he hasn't reached the top of the list yet.

The current to-do list of surveys.?ÿ He tends to believe that annoying me regularly will move him higher on the list.?ÿ Anything with a closing is higher on the list than he is.?ÿ He and a friendly neighbor are curious as to where there common boundary line falls.?ÿ They have been friendly neighbors for over ten years and intend to stay that way.?ÿ There is nothing he has told me that encourages me to get fired up about doing his survey, which he seems to believe should require minimal effort, while I am turning away as many as 10 jobs per week right now. If he catches me on the phone and tells me to go do erotic things to myself I will not be too upset.
