Does anyone know where I can get a copy of "The Survey of John's Little Acre" by L.M. Powell?

JBS
That's good stuff and it has a happy ending too.
Thanks JB. What would his acre look like if deed stakers had gotten hold of it?
At best, they may have referenced the 4 buggy axles, at worst, they would've ignored them as goat stakes if they were even found, and no mention would occur when they set their capped rebar, all 16.14' north and 32.55' east of the aforementioned buggy axles. Now John's 120 year old house is over the 2007 established setbacks and the litigious vultures are circling overhead.
That's Excellent. Just quite excellent.
A professional surveyor, would have documented the iron anomalies, and related in his survey narrative that it was a retracement of the compass survey. I admit, I have done surveys, without ever pulling out my compass....

I wonder what has happened to the property since 1970??
40 years worth of deed stakers and expert measurers.
JB do you know where I can get a copy that can be put on my website? I don't think the jpeg or paint version will show up very well. I will of course give full credit.
