I was just getting ready to setup a "re-processing" of a bunch of static data from 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, & 2011 into the new NAD83(2011) Epoch 2010 realization, and noticed that a new version of the UNAVCO TEQC utility was released back in October (2011).
