I was on holidays and I watched this guy struggle for a few minutes, they were going to shoot a centre line on those footings.
None of them could set up the jigger, so I did it for them and continued on my way.
The sunset photo was from the job I just did in Darwin Australia

:good:
Setting up the Jigger? Hmm.... Around here, a Jigger is whiskey!
Maybe them fellers are taller than they look. But if I was trying stomp those feet in the ground I would have fallen on the setup.
Beautiful sunset pic mate!!!!!
Nate,
The Urban Dictionary:
Slang term for a modern day theodolite, total station as used by land surveyors. It stands mounted on top of a tripod.
The Surveyor's Assistant stands behind the jigger.
I like the 'wedge' clamp on the jigger leg...
DDSM:beer:
They seem to have some housekeeping issues on their site.
That tripod clamp.
Send those boys a roll of duct tape!!!
DDSM, slang for the instrument is Jigger?
And, then the I-man is the Jigger Peeker?

Hmmm This could explain our Engineering SUPERvisors ideas and opinions of surveying... yes, he's from Thailand. 🙂
Used to work in a crew with a wooden tripod with a broken clamp. Used a screwdriver for a couple of years.
