I have one. It's pretty good, but not fantastic. I'd say better than Columbia but not nearly as good as the lightweight fishing type shirt from Ex Officio. And I work in hot humid conditions.

I buy the Fire-hose pants and they are the best work pants by far. Very comfortable and good fit. I have some of their long sleeve shirts and they are nice too. I'll be ordering this one to try out. Thanks.

I agree the Ex-Officio shirts are my favorite, but I have found some different Columbia shirts that I like too. On the Columbia shirts - I have a few I like much more than others - the Tamiami is very light weight for a long sleeve. The PFG series has quite a few different lines, and some are more of the nylon type, some are cotton, others a blend. Best to be able to see and feel the shirts before buying - sometimes descriptions are not enough.

haven't tried any Columbias that were light enough for south Florida, but I'll look for the Tamiami, named for my area, so it might work!

exoffico is expensive, but man do they last! worth every penny.
