Anyone use the new Starnet yet? If so, what do you think? Is it as bomb-proof as V6 was? I'm a little leary to upgrade before we hear reports of how the software works after the buy-out and redesign.
Version 6 works so well, and I got it to install on my new 64bit win7 machine without a hiccup. Why would I want to upgrade?

It appears to work. I think the processing engine is the same. It is more versatile as far as being able to put windows around your desktop so you can see the listing, coordinates, input files and plot all at once. It's really nice on a dual monitor setup.
I have it installed concurrent with V6 which also still works so there isn't too much to worry about.

V6 works very well for me. It is a jaw dropping system. In my opinion, it is not worth updating to V7.
