St. Louis Poplar Street Bridge deck slide

Well today is the day that crews will pick up the Eastbound lanes (superstructure) of the Poplar Street bridge and move it south 9 feet so a new lane can be added to the deck. For those that have driven through St. Louis this is the bridge Clark Griswald drove across on the way to Wally World and the one that carries I-64. Set your DVR...

Thanks for the heads up.?ÿ I don't have any imminent plans to get back to visit family in Milwaukee, but (if and when I do)?ÿmy route includes that Poplar St. Bridge.?ÿ Hopefully they'll get things tidied up before I have to get back up there; traffic can suck at certain times of the day.
