A recently purchased Epoch 50 receiver is giving me fits.?ÿ Upon startup it will track both GNSS and GLONASS satellites, but as soon as I connect to internet, it loses the GLONASS.?ÿ They skyplot still shows them, but they are no longer used in the solution . . . (go from blinking red to greyed out).

Effectively, this degrades the receiver performance a great deal.?ÿ I believe it's a problem with the receiver itself and not the data collector or Survey Pro software; but I've really no idea, and no additional equipment with which to test.?ÿ My service guy suspects that it is the result of a bad memory chip causing it; but isn't sure.

Anyone have any experience with this??
