I can't find any evidence that he was a registered surveyor on the public license website. I don't think they delete people from the new system either. They just change their license status.

There is a company licensed in Eagle Pass called Alvarez, Gaytan & Associates.

It's only 'bribery' becuase he is not a politician and they are not considered 'special interest' groups. This S@#$ happens all the time in DC and nothing is done....but some smalltown jo-blow gets busted......just a bit two-faced.
