I am in the market to get some new safety vests. I would like to go with some breakaway vests with pockets, and our company name/logo on them. Does anyone know of a good source for buying such a vest?

Hi,
If you google Forrestry Supplies Canada, they will make them to your own design.
I have had 3 made from them, 10 pockets in most of them, i had deep internal pockets made so my calculators stay safe, and especially the field books, which tend to flop out , top outside ones for radios and microphone and phone.Snap straps and ring clips, the pockets have eyelets if you need for feeding ribbon tape.
Also the pockets will suit pencils and pens

they also have a zip pocket for plans. The seamstress is a lovely lady, they cost more than off the shelf, but they customize well. I work in hot climates so the cotton is best for breathing, but the colour fades, next ones will be made of non cotton.

All in all the cotton ones i can easily re dye, because they last 5 years or so. I had one made with mesh back which is great, also they will put as many reflective strips as you need. The coton is heavier, but i dont mind, it breathes and i like carrying all my gear, even on large building projects.

Just fax or scan them a sketch, I have been meaning to mention them before.
having so many pockets is great until the phone rings and its a laugh finding where it is.

Is the company you're talking about this one? I have been thinking about getting a new customized vest actually, so the Google search brought me to that site which looks promising.
