From a client/friend of mine this morning:
My buddy is having contractors install a section of fence tomorrow. he's concerned about his property line. He says he believes he knows where the pin is. Any way could you sneak over this afternoon and take a look? I don't think he will need a survey, just a little reassurance.

Surveyors do not "sneak over...and take a look".

Just wait. In a few years a different owner of the same property will want you to give a little reassurance on that fence being the line.
