I need to find court decisions (if there are any) pertaining to the acceptance of certain monuments in the Texas and Pacific Land Grant west of the Pecos River.
Does anyone know a good online source or a starting point for this?

Andy Nold has done a bit of work in that area and may be able to guide you to some online resources.

Anthony, I tried to call you last week but your office number didn't get me anywhere and I do not have your cell number. I have done a metric s--t ton of research and work in that area (even more since our last conversation ) have been retracing a vacancy as well as numerous other projects in the 80 acre reservation. Feel free to call.

Haha! I'm sorry about the office number. I'm usually not around to answer it. Maybe I should change my voicemail greeting to include my cell number. I'll call you Tuesday. I can also do a screen share to show you what I've got going on in the PSL blocks 45 and 109-115.

Any particular T&P corners you want info about? There's McCombs, Kuechler and Powell that control (only Powell ' s remonumentation of Kuechler, his independent work along the river was not accepted. ). Everything else needs to be based on them. Corwin was a faker. Twichell did a lot of PSL work but was not 100% perfect

The Powell "K" monuments are/were original Kuechler corners K1=K62 I believe, I have found K2-K4, 5 was a McCombs corner and I think I found it too, I found an Armstrong 3 sided Bois de Arc stake illegibly marked in an old stone mound right on the banks of the Delaware River, K6-K9 & K11-K17 and a couple more further west. The Armstrong "recreation" and the Mobil/Gulf map widely used doesn't claim to have found them and created another construction that is way off from Kuechler's monuments, several I found are now destroyed by Oil/Gas wells staked using the Armstrong construction. That's K8 with a Kuechler stone there for my emoticon.

I am looking for information on anything in the vicinity of PSL Blocks 112-115 and blocks 57 through 61 township 2 south of the T&P. Basically any information that could help reconstruct the area would be a big help. There are a lot of double monuments out there and I've found that there have been sections patented using both of those constructions. So I'm trying to find if there have been corners decided on by the courts. I plan on making a trip back out there soon to search for the monuments on the state line. I've been finding all sorts of monuments that don't agree with anything of record in block 58 township 2 south.
