45 acre upscale apartment complex with 15 buildings.
ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey tems 1, 2, 3, 4, 6(a), 7(a), 7(b)(1), 7(c), 8, 9, 11(b), 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20(a), 20(b) and 21 of Table A
They would have to deed me the property.
I don't know, but flying it would be part of the plan.
Provide a bit more and maybe someone can. Do you have a google earth (recent shot)?
Deed info?
Title report?
Basically, the stuff you were given to start.
🙂
Just a wild guess, but no lower than 50K.
15 bldgs at 2K = 30K
27,400 off the top of my head

I just spent $3800.00 reading through the items and requirements!
Those must be really big buildings with one per 3 acres. We do several per year in the 20 to 30 acre range but they have between 25-35 buildings. The cost of the project is probably in the $40 million range with the title company charging about 250K for the title policy. In normal times you could get $40K to survey it but I am betting in todays economy the job will go to someone for around $14.5K. If you have a history with the buyer you might be able to get a fair price for the survey otherwise it's just going to be how bad someone wants it.
$1...Did I win the showcase!!??!!
tough call, but I'd say 35-50000
Ahm Earl Sch-Karoly and Ah'll Survey any lot for Wun Thirty Nahn Nahnty Nahn!
I better not offer a quote. It's not in a state where I am licensed. Wouldn't want that state BOR coming after me.
