Last one I did on a DW was in Charleston County in an AE 12. It had brick skirting with adequate openings....called it a diagram 8...no problems!

Plats, deeds and property records all free via county web site...I just saved and printed a plat dated back in 1945.

Residential and commercial construction layout picked up nicely, but boundary and subdivision work is slow.

I have a TDS Ranger, but still use my 48's with SMI v7 and v5 for alot of jobs...good stuff!

Item 7 eliminates the entry into building for measurements, but Item 10 reinstates it in order to get accurate measurement!...or am I missing somethin...
