The tract in the wrong Lot is well monumented, no idea who did it, the monuments are not called for, nor does anyone connected with the present day owners or adjoiners know when it was surveyed or who did it. I assume that is was done at the time the legal was created, so it's old, 1920's vintage, and I suspect it was not a local surveyor. The monuments are a mix of a rod, a pipe and large angle irons. Not the greatest survey but the bearings are remarkably precise compared to the distances which are mostly short. The owners would need to get together to help resolve some of the description issues, that will not be part of this survey which was to survey the exterior of the 200 Acre tract:
