I would like to configure SPS881 or SPS780 on NYS dot network. Can you guys point me in the right direction? I have TSC2 with Trimble Survey Controller v12.45 and SNB900 radio.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Sorry not sure what all the numbers are. I'm assuming they are the receiver model. Are you running survey pro or access?

Rich,

SPS881 and SPS780 are Trimble GPS receivers. I have TSC2 with Trimble Survey Controller and SPS900 (no Survey Pro or Access)

Ahhh. Sorry. I would prolly help you a bit with surveypro. Assuming you are using RTK you need your phone line turned on and somewhere in your survey program settings you have to connect to the NYS Cors.

If you haven't, you have to apply to NY for a username and password. They will give you that, along with the IP address to plug into the collector settings so it knows where to connect to.

You also will need a geoid model loaded into the collector, which I'm assuming you already do.

If you don't have a CORS password from NY and can't find where to get one, let me know. I can probably find the email with the form to fill out and where to send it.

Rich,

Thanks for response. I already have username and password from NYSNet, but need to know how to link it all together. I'm not familiar with Trimble GPS at all, but have used Leica and Topcon in the past.

Sorry not familiar with that software. Surprised someone here doesn't know how to set that. Call your distributor that you normally buy from. They should give you some help
