Press the following buttons in sequence: PWR-FNC-6-1-1. At this point you should be at the Baud rate screen.

I'm trying to talk someone through this over the phone. He says that when he hits PWR, the screen prompts for ENT to turn off. And pressing FNC does nothing.

Not sure if this helps but he may need to press the ESC key to get back to the appropriate opening screen.
