One drawback to having a website is that I get odd requests for work. I can usually puzzle out the scammers quickly and just delete it.
I did get a request for doing a "report" (whatever that is) from Member First Mortgage.
Anyone ever heard of them?

I think the report they are asking for is a Mortgage Inspection Report aka Improvement Location Report, or Improvement Location Certificate, etc...etc..?ÿ ?ÿMultiple of names depending where location.?ÿ ?ÿ

We used to call them Lot Certifications, banks did them back in the 70's and for a few years into the 80's but that faded away as the title industry decided to not insure for that anymore.
