well, you can really tell it is a nice camera whatever it is. The clarity and wide angle is unmistakable. My wife is a photographer using Nikon glass and body. Takes some time to get used to the equipment, but when you do it really makes a difference.
Always enjoy your photos!
Really cool! Thanks for posting!
Wow, what pic's. Looks a lot different in the winter @ 72 below. I love the names they put on the control. I.E. "Lucky" "Frozen" "Leavit" Trying to find the points in 74 without GPS was a challenge. Polar bears look at you like an IN and OUT burger. They are not afraid of man in the least bit when one on one. I can still feel the cold to this day.... Brrrr. I really like the pic's Daryl keep it up.

:good: thanks
Great collection of photos! Very interesting. Rising seas will take care of both sites in your lifetime.
Thanks for taking us along Daryl. I've done my best to avoid working in the villages. Guess I just like my garden, dogs and bed at home too much. It's a whole different world out there in the villages as you can attest.
Guess you already know it's best to avoid some of these places after the PFD's come out in October and the serious partying commences. For those of you who don't what that is, it's the permanent fund checks that go out to all Alaska residents from oil revenues that get set aside. Flush with cash some of the villages go on a drinking binge until the money runs out. Those folks can be some of the nicest you'll ever meet but when they get all liguored up, watch out.
Daryl, I always enjoy seeing your photos. Thanks for taking the time to share them.
