Anybody ever seen this problem ... FC 250 boots up then gets stuck on this screen with the windows logo. Wouldn't be a big issue if I wasn't remote. Tried pulling battery and hitting the reset. Thinking on using the 3 pound hammer to fix it good but figured I'd try here first.
Having another one flown out to me but its going to be a while.

Did you try depressing the Power OFF/ON key for an extended time period, like more >> than 30-60 seconds??...

With the HH DC power ON, most all Windows Mobile 6.5 Pro O/S Devices usually respond well to sticking a 5mm Drafting pencil, or the stylus into the reset hole adjacent to the Micro USB charging/Data download connecter. Is there a reset inside the battery compartment ??

Can also try leaving the battery out of the unit overnight.

I've seen this once before. Had to reload the firmware. Didn't take much effort. You just need to download firmware to an SD card.

The hard reset button is accessed from the top rubber cover. Located in the middle of the card slot with stylus pen, press for atleast 2 seconds.
