Indeed, "The IT Crowd". I started my now 15 year old daughter off years ago watching Monty Python's Flying Circus reruns and now she is a huge connoisseur of Brit comedy shows. We teach our children, our children teach us.

My career path crossed with Don's briefly in the late 1970's at small engineering firm in Angels Camp, CA. I was just a kid working as a draftsman (pre-CAD) in the office and occasional pack mule on a survey crew. Not sure I ever worked in the field with Don though.
My brother is an IT guy. When users call with inane "problems" like I forgot my password, I can't get the printer to work (when it is turned off), etc... He tells them they appear to be experiencing a specific type of error known as an ID Ten T error or ID10T error.
