Engineers site plan calls for a 4x9 stormcepter, spec from manufacturer of storm cepter call for 10x10 structure...there is no room for a 10x10 structure...so the 10x10 structure is sitting next to a 4x9 hole.

Always a treat for such matters. How many times have we had a foundation plan for a custom built home on a 70' wide lot with 20' worth of side yard setbacks. And the custom built house dimensions total 59' 7 11/16" exactly. Somebody wasn't thinking outside their box, as they were tweaking the room widths to the gnats behind.
And we're supposed to get 10 lbs of this crap in a 8 lb bag
