I remember watching an episode of Nova on PBS a number of years ago about the Great Survey of India. I was in construction at the time, not surveying, and would love to see the show again. Any one else remember this show?

Read the book The Great Arc, really very good tells the entire story really a major project with several different people in charge, Everett was just the last and noticed the deflection of the vertical when he got near the mountain that bears his name. Highly reccomended!!
