Being in the field is always better than stuck in the office, but some days are really great, yesterday was one of those great days to be out.
40 degrees in the early morning, warmed up to the low 60's, no wind, scattered clouds, just perfect for working:
looking from about the NW corner of the SWSW to the east 1/4 corner of Sec13.
Getting all the section corners was a bit of a ride across this section.
A typical GLO 1/4 corner with accessories, or accessory in this case
Wow! What part of the world are you in?

That would be Montana.
Sorry Cow, south of Montucky, in Wyo
Must be nice. Looking forward to another inch of rain tonight. Even for the NW this has been a wet year to survey. Now off to play in the mud in my Hazmat site.
Wellllllllllllllllllll, I'll be jiggered! I always connected the Moe with Montana. Blushing here for my long time ignorance.:blush::blush::blush::blush:
that water in the draw is making it's way to Montana, every now and they I make it up there:cool:

Too hot...
Fired up the JD Z425 for the first time this year and mowed the hard portion of the yard today. Ditch, new ground with shrubs and saplin, safety culverts and pushed up the pine straw into piles.
That is a wonderful view.
A nice place to see some giant antlers come lopin foolishly over the ridge on a cool spring day.

You might see some, plenty of mulies out there, but you have to look down now to see them.
