It looks like the passive network has a new adjustment. I just called up a datasheet for a nearby HARN point and it shifted about an inch.
lat 08.25499 (2011) 08.25476 (2007)
long 30.30594 (2011) 30.30709 (2007)
It may have happened a while ago and I missed it. I know it's been in the works.

Yup...first week in July.
GEOID12 came out at the same time, and the broohaha over GEOID12 (resulting in GEOID12a), kind of over shadowed the Readjustment of the Passive Network.
I am currently looking at several 4-12 hour observations (spanning several years) on some HARN/FBN points in my area, but I haven't finished up yet.
