I have been looking for a good fieldbook with the page numbers already printed. Has anyone ever come across a vendor with such an item??ÿ
I always write the number in the upper right corner. It never fails that I get off a number from time to time.
Thanks,
Dan

I number the odd (right hand) pages in the upper right.?ÿ No need to number the evens because they are obvious.
The main reason for getting off is when pages stick together. 41, 43, (later noticed and unstick 43A), 45, 47

It depends on the type of notes, but I usually number laft and right faces with one number and use it as one page. My notes are used in hearings and it's always been fine.
