has anyone received a letter from FEMA signed by a Luis Rodrigues, Chief of the regulatory branch of fema?
Does anyone have his phone number or his address? I want to meet with him to go over requirements he has placed on two simple LOMA's. The phone number on the letter gets me a clerk who says they can take care of it but they have no idea except what data goes on what line of a form.
Has anyone had FEMA tell them they could not establish a bfe with a floodplain model and that only a PE can?
Does anyone have a name and phone number for the head of FEMA?

Heh - I just re-watched The Usual Suspects last weekend.
I was curious if you ever got in touch with Mr. Rodriguez or found out if he exists. I am having the same difficulty getting in touch with him regarding a LOMR that was just signed by him.
